A list of DoFollow Blog directories.
In 2005, Google recommended that blogs ad nofollow attributes on links that can be generated by users. Dofollow became the standard and software like Wordpress applied nofollow tags to all comments by default. There are now Wordpress plugins that disable the nofollow tags.
The majority of blogs still have comments links with nofollow attributes. A dofollow movement is getting stronger. Here is a list of free and paid blog directories and search engines that provide listings of dofollow blogs.

Your comments can include some valuable good keywords but they should be valid comments that would benefit human readers. Dont even think about commenting on on an unrelated blog.
SEARCH ENGINES
We usually list only directories but this list contains quite a few search engines. Of these, many use Google queries against the Google search index. These search engine queries can be useful tools to find up-to-date blogs for specific keywords. On the other hand it is not worthwhile to submit your blog to these sites. I suggest trying both types to see which one you like the most.
