Google have recently updated it’s toolbar PageRank.  The numbers have been jumping around (different datacenters) a lot of the last couple of days.  We are in the process of updating the PR in the list of 12,000 web directories.   As we can only do about 2,500 a day, the site should be up-to-date in about a week.

 Google has gone through a number (at least three) of minor updates over the last month.   These updates were likely manual as they did not affect all sites.  I noticed PR for some directories go up for some directories and go down for others.   Below are the latest stats based on our database of over 12,000 web directories.

I have not done any thorough research on the directories that have dropped but from what I have seen I would suspect that many of the directories that dropped were either:
- parts of large, poor quality networks of directories OR
- sites using dropped domains.
