Here are the latest PR stats, based on the 11,000+ directories in our database.

This table also shows the percentage changes since July.
Some interesting statistics. Google updated some websites manually in late August. At that time I observed some directories going up and some going down. The changes were not limited to directories as some of my other websites saw unexpected increases. .
Factors that may affect these numbers:
- Many of the directories are experiencing their first real PR update, in which they have been around long enough to rise from N/A or PR0.
- Most of our submissions that we get come from brand new directories, meaning that we are constantly adding new PR0 and N/A to our database.
- I often go out of my way to add large networks of directories that are stored on the same IP (so that I don’t add them later without knowing their IP associations. More often than not these directories are still NA or PR0 years after being created. I’m not sure if it something Google does or if it the fact that each individual directory is not really marketed much.
- The directory data contains a couple of categories that are not directories (social media & press releases). The PR8s and PR9s often fall into these categories so these numbers are not anything to get excited about.

One Response to “The Lastest Directory PageRank Stats”
The internal pages are the real concern to Webmasters – since that it where their sites will end up/
It appears that some of them have been a PR0 for the about half a year
